The pioneers of fine dining in Slovakia will present an authentic concept based on local ingredients, which will be connected to Moravia and the terroir of Kurdějov for the first time in a unique evening. The essence of Tatier will be brought by chef Jozef Breza, recently awarded the best chef in Slovakia. Gašperov mlyn is ranked among the 1000 best restaurants in the world according to La Liste.
