We unite the principles of longevity with conscious enjoyment of life. Inspired by the lifestyle of the so-called Blue Zones (places where people live the
longest), we show that longevity is not about deprivation, but about the right mindset, attitude, movement, stress reduction, exceptional nutrition,
and shared joy over a glass of wine elaborated in harmony with nature and rich in antioxidants.
The yoga retreat is taking place at Gurdau winery as an exclusive closed event for
retreat participants upon invitation only. The practice will take place at the outdoor
terrace and/or in the vineyard. The number of participants is limited to 14 in order to
keep individual approach for each of you. All-levels yoga practitioners welcomed.

SATURDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2026
9:00 – 10:30 Yoga Awakening Session
10:30 – 11:30 Healthy brunch at Gurdau Winery
12:00 – 15:00 Free time to relax and recharge
15:30 – 16:30 Gurdau Winery tour
17:00 – 18:30 Serenity Yoga Session + zen walk in the vineyard
19:00 onwards 6-course tasting dinner paired with Gurdau wines
SUNDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER 2026
Breakfast and check-out at accommodation
10:00 – 11:30 Rhythm and vines flow
11:30 – 12:30 Healthy brunch at Gurdau Winery
12:30 – 13:00 Namaste and departure

CZK 15 000 per person / yoga retreat including
tasting dinner, sessions and brunch
Accommodation is not included. Early booking is recommended. You are welcomed to bring your plus one who may not wish to participate at yoga sessions however wish to join the tasting dinner. In this case the price for your plus one participant is 4 000 CZK.
